I’ve often heard people complain that some agent only got a vague idea of what the buyer wanted, and then spent months flooding their inbox with listings that roughly fit the bill. The buyers had to sort and search through these listings themselves. This process works for an agent who is spamming hundreds of buyers at a time.

I’m old fashioned.

I work with only one, or occasionally two, clients at a time. I focus completely on you. I don’t make you search. That is my job. I take the time to listen to what you want and need in a property, then find it. I commit myself to your success, and I ask that you do the same.

I understand that not everyone is ready to pull the trigger.

To help you along the path to homeownership, I host events where we . This is a great game that teaches both investing (something people are afraid of) and accounting (something people are bored of). The Cashflow Board Game makes them fun to learn.

I also lead groups where I teach basic property ownership. Many people are surprised to learn that it can be cheaper to own than to rent. These groups primarily focus on the tax benefits of owning property, and how to get financing with the best possible terms.

It can take some people a year or more to save a down payment or fix their credit. I have a team set up for this, and I am happy to help guide you through the process of getting ready to buy.
