In 2013 I bought a historic home. At first, it was just a beautiful place. Now I am in love with these buildings.
It quickly became apparent that even my significant construction background was not enough for me to understand what to do. I put on my learning cap and figured it out. I even developed a few new tricks which I am happy to share with anyone who needs them.
I have become passionate about saving these old buildings, and I want to see them last for centuries to come. If you are interested in owning a historic home, I am interested in helping you find one. I will commit myself to your search and I will help you deal with the unique problems these structures have.
If you are interested in selling a historic home, I am interested in promoting it as the incredible asset that it is! I will commit myself to showing your home in its best light. I will work hard to get you full value.
There are special loans and government incentives to help regular people buy and restore these buildings. There are special laws which make it a lot less expensive to fix these buildings up. If you are interested in knowing more, I am interested in helping you learn.
My own historic home has been mostly remodeled. I believe it will be standing for hundreds of years, long after I am gone.
These buildings have been made with lumber that no longer exists, and craftsmanship that has been forgotten. Please contact me if you’d like to experience the pride and joy of owning one of these historic treasures.
